The third quarter of this year turned out to be a real champion in real estate sales in Dubai! During this period, transactions totaling $26.5 billion were made.

Let’s take a closer look at how the sales went according to data from the Dubai Land Department. 🏢📊 In September 2023, investors invested as much as $7.2 billion and purchased 8,234 properties in Dubai. 🤑💼 At the same time, 46% of transactions were on the primary market, and 54% — on secondary real estate.
