Yas Golf Collection

Yas Golf Collection Complex is a resort-type complex by Aldar Properties, located on the island of Yas. The complex overlooks the Yas Links Golf Course and the mangroves of Abu Dhabi.

The project includes apartments and duplexes distributed in 5 clusters. The first one presents 519 properties of the Souq Furnished Apartments format — these are fully furnished studios and 1 bedroom apartments with balconies in the style of Romeo and Juliet, located in 4 buildings in the Souq area. Future owners will be able to choose a design in one of 3 color schemes, each residence has a view of the Ferrari world, market, community and a partial view of the sea.

The residences will be built in one of the towers overlooking the golf course and will include furnished studios and 1 bedroom apartments, as well as unfurnished 2 and 3 bedroom properties. The residences will offer views of the Yas Links, sea and garden views. It is worth noting that the owners of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments will also have access to a maid’s room.

Yas Golf Collection will include a wide range of premium amenities: community center and lounge, indoor gym, outdoor fitness center, concierge services, swimming pools and playgrounds for children, smart home system and smart community functions, gardens and recreation areas, yoga and meditation studios, running tracks around the community, Wi-Fi in public areas and elevators, cleaning and laundry services.
