Wavez Residence is a project by Danube Properties on the territory of Dubailand. Construction of the 13-storey building began in 2020. A special feature of the project is a two–level podium Wavez Avenue in the form of a walking street with shops and cafes. The exterior walls and partitions of the podium are made of glass. On its roof there is an open green area with sports fields and swimming pools. The tower consists of four residential blocks. The innovative style of architecture is manifested in the streamlined shape of the structure and glass facades.
Ten floors are reserved for residential Real Estate. A total of 412 objects are presented here. Studios and one bedroom apartments are available for purchase and rent. The residential complex is built on the territory of the Liwan community, part of a large-scale Dubailand project. The first buildings were completed in 2012. The emphasis in the master plan is on practicality and convenience. Residents of the Wavez Residence complex get access to retail outlets and services located in the building podium.
