The Urban Oasis is a Miami—style coastal complex located in the Business Bay area of Dubai. The tower is the second residential project in the world whose interior and exterior design were developed by Missoni.

The developer of the project is Dar Al Arkan Properties. At the moment, the project is under development and the expected delivery date is December 2023.
