It is situated in the busiest part of Town Square Dubai, where you have access to a wide range of entertainment. Residents of this residential complex have access to Hessa Street and Emirates Road, two major thoroughfares. Enjoy smooth access to the rest of the city as well as access to open spaces and popular attractions.
After a long, windy day, Town Square residents can rest in the family-friendly parts of the neighbourhood. There are luxurious, happy, and peaceful skies waiting for you. The project offers residents a luxurious terrace with plenty of space for creativity. Enjoy life in this pristine residence with stunning views of the greenery and Dubai skyline. “Town Square is a new residential complex under construction in the DubaiLand area south of the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Bypass Road, south of Arabian Ranches. Enjoy life in an impeccable abode with amazing views of the greenery and Dubai cityscape.” Apartments and townhouses are part of the development.
The project is being developed by Nshama Development, a development company founded in 2014 by a small team of Emaar veterans.
It covers an area of 750 acres, making it larger than Downtown Dubai, and when completed, it will include 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 apartments, and a 2.5 million square foot shopping district with over 600 shops, food outlets, and bars.
Town Square was launched in February 2015 with the sale of 300 Zahra townhouses. In March, the second stage of 730 «Hayat» houses was launched. Hayat houses have a back garden and are available with three or four bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto a private terrace. It is said that prices start at 1 million dirhams (UAE) for a three-bedroom house.
By September 2020, most of the elements started had been completed, including all the apartment buildings except the Moon, which was almost completed. The rest of the cottage settlements were also nearing completion.
The park on the city square is open and looks good. It even sounds good when classical and jazz music is playing from the speakers hidden in the bushes! Several grocery stores and restaurants have opened at the main entrance, but there are not so many other amenities yet. Trees and plantings along the main roads are developing well.
According to Nshama, by 2025, 85,000 people will reside and work in the city square.
