Sweden Beach Palace

Sweden Beach Palace is a Palace among the elite on The World Islands Dubai. Part of the World Islands mega project off the west coast of Dubai, Sweden Island is at the peak of exclusivity, it is a very limited collection of villas, half of which have interior design provided by Bentley. The island can only be reached by sea or by air, which complements its exceptional nature.

Sweden Beach Palace consists of five different levels. The second and third levels include the main living areas, including large open-plan living rooms, spacious bedrooms and an exquisite modern kitchen. The master bedroom, which occupies most of the third level, has a dressing room, a separate living room, an office, a balcony and a bathtub in the bedroom.

Both upper levels of the Sweden Beach Palace Villa are designed exclusively for entertainment, and a spacious roof terrace. You can have a party or a weekend meeting in the huge lounge that occupies the entire floor. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls, this floor offers the most spectacular views of the sea, the island itself and the Dubai skyline. You can go up one more level to the roof terrace and enjoy the views in all their glory, breathing in the fresh sea breeze.
