The residential complex offers a combination of properties, including 121 penthouses, 32 villas in the sky and 9 branded villas by the sea. All residential units will be managed by the Six Senses company, which will provide residents with privileged access to the first-class amenities of the hotel, such as a tennis court, large swimming pools, a football field, restaurants, a library, bars, a children’s club and much more.
