Safa One

Safa One, with a design that echoes the spirit of Swiss jeweler de GRISOGONO, the project is located on the outskirts of Safa Park, with an incomparable view of the Dubai Canal on one side and the busy Sheikh Zayed Street on the other. The architectural design repeats the masterpiece necklace created by Fawaz Gruosi, the founder of de GRISOGONO. Unique to the design and the tower is the deep, royal shade of emerald green, which will become the hallmark of these buildings.

In symbiosis with the neighboring greenery of Safa Park, the building will intertwine with nature, rising together with the tower and ending with what will become the pearl of a tropical garden. The project will have two towers with luxurious and super-luxurious floors. Hanging gardens will be scattered throughout the towers, using the essence of nature from ground level. At the top of Tower A, the tallest of both towers, residents and guests can admire the urban tropical island with cascading waterfalls, abundant plants, as well as sounds and views of exotic birds.

At the base, residents will experience a taste of sunny tropical life with an artificial beach, a swimming pool and a children’s area among lush greenery.
