Pacific, Al Marjan Island is a residential complex located on the island of Al Marjan. It consists of six buildings named after the Pacific islands of Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, Polynesia and Bora Bora, each of which has ten floors. Pacific Hotel, designed by Select Group.
The complex consists of 1,400 residential units offering studios, apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms. There are also duplexes with 2 bedrooms and a private garden, as well as serviced apartments known as Gulf apartments. The complex has a secluded beach with direct access for residents. The building has many retail stores on the ground floor and two supermarkets known as FreshPlus and Al Sanad. Al Marjan Island, located a 45-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, is an artificial island without ownership rights. It consists of four islets known as Breeze Island, Treasure Island, View Island and Dream Island. These small islands are known for their sapphire blue water and sandy beaches. With first-class amenities and five-star hotels, the area is popular with investors. The island is located near Mina Al Arab and the village of Al Hamra.
