Al Marjan Island, located a 45-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, is an artificial island without ownership rights. It consists of four islets known as Breeze Island, Treasure Island, View Island and Dream Island. These small islands are known for their sapphire blue water and sandy beaches. With first-class amenities and five-star hotels, the area is popular with investors. The island is located near Mina Al Arab and the village of Al Hamra.
