Millennium Estates is a residential complex in the Meydan district in Dubai. The closed village takes the southern part of the territory of the Meydan city, next to the grandstand.
The project was implemented by the developer G&Co, a UAE construction company located in Dubai. The company started their work in 2006, G&Co specialize in the construction of premium-class housing in new city districts.
The Millennium Estates project was launched in April 2013, and by June 2013 all the properties had been sold.
Construction began in 2013 and was completed in 2016.
Two-storey villas come in three sizes: type A with total square of 685 sq. m, type B with square of 278 sq. m. m and type C with square of 485 sq.m.
