AYKON City project by DAMAC Properties is a high–rise facility located in the Golden Square of Dubai — the most expensive area not just in the UAE but also in the whole world. Location — eastern and western parts of the main highway Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Meydan Street with views of the Dubai Canal and Safa Park.
It will be launched with 6 skyscraper towers consisting of hotel apartments, residences, a hotel and an office tower. The project launch is going to be of 2 stages: the first one is 4 towers, and the remaining 2 will be introduced on the second stage.
