Al Seef Tower

Al Seef Tower is a 44-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 215 m. The construction of the Al-Seef Tower was completed in April 2005.

The Al-Seef Tower has an unsurpassed architectural and structural design, and usually a project of such kind usually takes at least two and a half years, but the distinguishing feature of this tower is that it was built in record time of 21 months (completed in April 2005). Another interesting point is its design which includes a square shape on the lower floors, a wider extended shape (due to balconies) on the middle level, a round shape on a higher level and a pyramid crown at the top. It’s definitely an eclectic design that may not work for everyone.

With apartments of different sizes on different floors, Al Seef Tower has more complex architectural and structural aspects than if you were building a tower with apartments of the same size. They had to include a console above the two bedroom apartments and a large console on the 36th floor above the three bedroom apartments.
