Mr. Eight Development is a relatively young developer, founded in 2021 under the leadership of Latvian entrepreneur and designer Emils Daujats. Despite its youth as a company, the team has over 20 years of experience delivering projects across Europe. Before entering the UAE market, the company had completed more than a dozen (around 16) residential projects in the Baltic region, particularly in Latvia, in Jurmala and Riga. These include Majori Residence, Ezera SOLO, River Residence 2, Dzintaru Perle, and others.

In 2024–2025, Mr. Eight Development officially announced its entry into the Dubai market, focusing on premium residential real estate, with a particular emphasis on Dubai Islands.
