Ithra Dubai seeks to develop important sectors, improve society, and provide value to communities for both residents of Dubai and those living outside of its borders through real estate development and asset management. Ithra Dubai’s extensive portfolio of projects is intended to embrace diversity, create joyful communities, and bring prosperity to many through a variety of local and international projects. It is inspired by H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s grand vision for the ongoing involvement and development of the Emirate and its people. He is the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. The portfolio of Real Estate developments offers inclusive communities, as well as upscale lodging and educational facilities. It also includes residential, commercial, recreational, and retail space.
In its ongoing effort to create ambitious mixed-use developments that feature top-notch retail, residential, commercial, and recreational concepts, Ithra Dubai continues to scale new heights. The Deira Enrichment Project and One Za’abeel are two important initiatives that are currently part of Ithra’s project portfolio. Both of these projects made great progress in 2020, and the Deira Enrichment Project is currently in the process of handovers.
