Al Ghadeer

Al Ghadeer is a developing community on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The project, covering an area of 33 square kilometers, will be fully realized over the next 15 years. Developed by Aldar Properties, Al Ghadeer is a self-sufficient neighborhood with essential amenities and dedicated spaces for farming and local produce markets.

Thanks to its location and growing infrastructure, the community is popular among families and professionals who commute between the two emirates. Over 700 properties, including apartments and villas, were completed in the first phase. The second phase of development is underway, with plans for facilities such as schools with international curricula. 

Al Ghadeer has several attractions, such as the Al Ghadeer Masjid Mosque and Waterfall Park. While it lacks direct beach access, residents reach nearby beaches within 19 minutes by car. The area attracts investors looking for properties that offer a blend of tranquility and accessibility to urban centers.
