Al Ghadeer is an area on the border of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the first phase of development of which was completed in 2021. It is planned that the district will be finally completed within 15 years; by this time its area will be 33 square kilometers.

Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club Equestrian Club is located near Al Ghadeer- just 24 minutes by car. The Al Marmoom Conservation Reserve with Crescent Moon, Stingray Lake and Diamond Lake is a 38-minute drive away.
Beach holidays
Since Al Ghadeer is remote from the sea, it does not have its own beaches. However, thanks to the access to the highway, you can quickly reach any of the beaches of Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
For example, the quiet and sparsely populated Golden Tulip Bungalows beach can be reached by public transport in 19 minutes, and the more distant Al Shati Beach in 39 minutes.
Infrastructure and amenities for life
The second phase of the construction of the area is in full swing, but residents of Al Ghadeer can already enjoy the infrastructure benefits next to the house. Children can attend the international Montessori kindergarten program British Oak Montessori Nursery.
The nearest schools are a 50-minute drive away. However, do not forget that distance learning is highly developed in the UAE. In addition, one of the phases of the district’s construction involves the construction of a school with an international standard program.
Wheatfields Grocery Store and The Bottle Store wine boutique are located near the mosque. There is also a restaurant, a bakery and several sports centers.
At the time of writing, hospitals in the area have not been put into operation. The nearest ones are in the neighboring area – Dubai Industrial City (DIC). They can be reached in 17 minutes by car.

In total, 706 properties were built during the first phase, including apartments, townhouses and villas. For objects under construction, the developer Aldar offers a payment plan, according to which the initial payment is 10%, the remaining 90% is paid by the buyer upon delivery of the object.
The developer considers the mission of the district to be the rapprochement of man with nature, which will be achieved through the Harvest agricultural space. And among the residential properties there will be objects with plots for gardening.
In the second phase, small houses with an area of 37 km. m., townhouses from 125 km. m. and detached villas from 206 km. m. will be built. All facilities will be complemented by an indoor parking lot.
Transport accessibility
Al Ghadeer will be connected to Dubai and Abu Dhabi by super-high-speed rail. But the project has not been implemented yet, and residents prefer to use taxis.
It is also convenient to drive by car: the Dubai Crystal Mall can be reached in 50 minutes, and Dubai World Central Airport is 26 minutes away.
